What our partners say
Sandy Gillies
CEO
Western Queensland PHN
“Kylie’s human‑centred design approach, grounded in years of experience across primary and acute health care settings, meant the Healthy Outback Communities model of care is truly anchored in community needs.”
Outcome: Healthy Outback Communities model of care, co-designed and adopted regionally.
Stuart Gordon
CEO
Petraichor Partners
“Kylie led a whole-of-region health needs assessment for us, pulling together population data, service gaps and community consultation into a clear, evidence-based picture of where the priorities actually were. It gave our board and funders a genuine case for where to invest, not just another data report.”
Outcome: A whole-of-region health needs assessment that identified priority investment areas and directly informed regional planning and funding decisions.
Chrissie Mitchell,
Inclusive Education Adviser
Independent Schools Queensland
“Kylie’s expert guidance on systems and structures to support occupational wellbeing has been exceptional. Her systems thinking across environment, practices and individual supports has helped participating school leaders shape their work design and better manage psychosocial hazards."
